If there truly was a short-cut to getting fit, we would've already used it. Unfortunately, there isn't one. However, one of the biggest rewards of the habit of proper exercise is the feeling of accomplishment. You've worked hard, gotten up early, rearranged your schedule, passed on food temptations and financially invested in yourself. You now have more energy to get through the day and maybe even for that evening stroll around the neighborhood. You're feeling light and mobile when you're getting dressed in the morning. So you've subscribed and contacted me about redeeming your FREE SESSION to see if I can be of any help. Where do we meet? I have a semi-private studio in Mountain View that has everything that we need. I can meet you at a park like Rancho San Antonio. I can even meet you at work if you have the space. And if you're not able to meet in person, get started with a customized virtual training program designed for you while on the go. We will use pre-approved fitness apps, video conferencing, and Periscope to keep you accountable and on-track if you're outside of my area.

I know the pain and struggle of the fitness journey.
I started personal training after a career-ending injury in junior college football. I didn’t know where to go since my playing days were over. Being involved with strong physical health and learning how to pass on the passion of fitness was the next step for me. In 2006, I was hired by a very inspiring trainer and manager who taught me how to be a fitness professional. It led to working in managerial positions in the commercial gym industry and now I’m a self employed personal trainer, at your service. I look forward to helping anyone who wants to make their life better, through healthy and professionally guided workouts. Can’t wait to meet you!
